Kelvin Juma is a lecturer of Medical Biochemistry at Alupe University. He hold a BSc in Biochemistry, MSc in Medical Biochemistry, and finalizing his PhD studies in Medical Biochemistry at Kenyatta University. He has research experience in Clinical chemistry/Medical biochemistry studies, reference ranges, Pharmaco-toxicology, Molecular biology, and Immunology. He is a member of the Biochemistry and Biotechnology Society of Kenya. He is also an NRF grantee, 2017, for his PhD studies at Kenyatta University.

• Drug discovery and development for a variety of non-infectious diseases. Research on Malaria, Cancer, HIV/AIDs and Neurological diseases.
Research on drugs induced toxicity and their management on different organs and tissues.
