Biography


Dr. Hillary Oundo Busolo is a senior lecturer in the school of Business, Economics and Human Resource Development at Alupe University College and Current Director Quality Assurance of Alupe University and Chair of Department (COD) Marketing, Hospitality and Human Resource Department. A practicing and experienced Business and Management consultant, enterprise developer and a business mentor. Has developed strategic plans for academic institutions, NGOs, health and business entities. Participated in capacity building projects, enterprise development, developing job designs and assessment of business performance. A trainer of trainers and a certified monitoring and evaluation professional. A member of Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).
